Eastern Milk Snake

$34.00

The Eastern Milk Snake’s (Lampropeltis triangulum) habitat includes areas of the eastern US and Canada. These striking constrictors average 24 to 36 inches in length. They are nocturnal hunters. Harmless to humans, they mainly feed on mice but also eat other small mammals, snakes, birds, eggs, and invertebrates. To avoid their natural predators including opossums, owls, and coyotes, milk snakes mimic the appearance of venomous coral and copperhead snakes.
