Eastern Gray Tree Frog
These little frogs (Dryophytes versicolor), measuring just 1.5 to 2 inches long, are native to the eastern United States and southeastern Canada. They have the ability to change color in order to camouflage themselves depending on their environment. Another impressive attribute of these frogs is that they are able to survive the freezing of their internal body fluids to temperatures as low as 18 °F!
