April 2020 Newsletter!
Dear Everyone,
First, we hope this newsletter finds you and yours healthy. You’re probably, like us, still trying to figure out a new routine in this age of social distancing! Kids are home from school (gaaa!!!) spouses are out of work or working from home… And your beautiful local yarn shop is partly, if not completely, closed to customers. But we shouldn’t despair. This will be over eventually, and in the meanwhile, take advantage of all the sales and free patterns, and breathe! Take long walks, and give yourself the self-care you need (Whiskey, Chocolate… or whatever floats your boat!). Just make sure you’re getting TONS of vitamin C, do your part by social distancing, and this thing will be over eventually.
Right now your LYSs are hurting. So if you have a job you can do from home, or if you’re an essential worker who still has their income, see if you can support your LYSs. There are some fantastic sales going on right now, partially because your LYSs need your love to stay open and get through this thing. So yes, you can do good AND feed the stash, at the same time!
We went ahead and bought a ton of raw material when things started to shut down, so we’re good on raw material and should be able to keep up with demand. Club is shipping out as usual, and Fan Club is alive and well!
